A 12-Week Business & Marketing Intensive

The Intensive Cohort

Structure the business. Build the presence. Push for profit.

Twelve weeks, one cohort, one instructor. You bring the business you already have — or the one you keep meaning to start — and leave with the legal structure, the offer, the brand, and the marketing engine actually running.

Who this is built for

You don't need another course.
You need a semester.

Most programs hand you videos and wish you luck. This one has a start date, a due date, and someone reviewing your work every single week.

This is for you if

  • You're a service provider, beauty pro, or solo founder doing the work but guessing at the business behind it
  • You've bought courses you never finished and want the accountability of a real deadline
  • Your social media is inconsistent because there's no strategy underneath it
  • You're booking clients but can't tell which marketing is actually producing them
  • You want to be told the truth about your business, not cheered on

This is not for you if

  • You want to watch at your own pace, whenever you get around to it
  • You're looking for done-for-you marketing rather than learning to run it
  • You can't commit to one live session a week for twelve weeks
  • You want lifetime access to rewatch forever — this program closes when the cohort ends
  • You're hoping for a shortcut. This is built, not bought.

The structure

Three phases

Each phase ends when the work is done — not when the videos run out. You can't build presence on a business that isn't structured, and you can't push a presence that doesn't exist yet.

Phase One

The Blueprint

Weeks 1 – 4

Legal structure, pricing that produces profit, systems that hold, and the brand foundation everything else is built on. This is the unglamorous part that decides whether the rest works.

Phase Two

The Presence

Weeks 5 – 9

Content strategy first, then platform by platform: Instagram, Facebook, Google, and YouTube. You'll build a real posting system, not a folder of unused graphics.

Phase Three

The Push

Weeks 10 – 12

Email and CRM to own your audience, paid strategy to accelerate it, and analytics to prove what's working. You leave with a 90-day plan you already know how to run.

Week by week

The full twelve

Every week has a live session and a deliverable. You submit the work, we review it together, and you leave the call knowing exactly what's next.

What you get

Included in enrollment

Weekly

Live cohort session

One session every week where we review submitted deliverables, work through what's stuck, and walk through the next week's assignment before you start it.

Weekly

Deliverable review

Your actual work — pricing, profile, calendar, campaign — looked at and corrected. Not a template you fill in alone and hope is right.

Curriculum

Both full courses

Business Foundations and the Social Media Marketing Masterclass, released week by week for the duration of the program.

Resources

Worksheets & toolkit

Every worksheet, checklist, and swipe file used in the program, plus the vetted tool stack with setup guidance for each.

Community

Your cohort

A small group moving through the same twelve weeks at the same time. Accountability comes from people doing the work beside you.

Closing

90-day action plan

You finish with a written plan for the quarter after the program — reviewed and signed off before access closes.

Read this before you enroll

This runs like a college course

Being direct about it up front, because it's the part people miss: this is an enrollment, not a purchase.

How access works

You have full access to the curriculum, sessions, and materials for as long as you are enrolled — the twelve weeks of the program plus one grace week for makeup work.

  • Access opens on the cohort start date
  • Material is released weekly, in sequence
  • Week 13 is for catch-up and outstanding submissions
  • Access closes at the end of Week 13

Why it's built this way

Lifetime access sounds generous, but it teaches people that there's always more time. There isn't. A deadline is the reason the work gets done.

If you want to go through the material again, alumni can re-enroll in a future cohort at a reduced rate — the same way you'd retake a course, with a live instructor and a new group.

Questions

Before you enroll

What if I miss a live session?

Sessions are recorded and available for the rest of the program, so you can catch up before the next one. That said, the value is in having your work reviewed live — if you're going to miss more than two or three sessions, wait for a cohort that fits your schedule.

Do I need an existing business to join?

No. Week 1 starts with structure and setup, so you can begin with an idea you're serious about. What you do need is something specific enough to price, brand, and market by Week 4 — this isn't a program for deciding what business to start.

Is this only for beauty and service businesses?

The examples lean toward service-based and local businesses, because that's the work being taught from. The structure, pricing, content, and analytics work apply to any small business marketing to a real audience.

How much time should I plan for each week?

Roughly three to five hours: one live session, plus the lesson material and the deliverable. Weeks 6 through 9 run heavier because you're building on live platforms.

Can I keep the materials after the program ends?

Worksheets and templates you complete are yours to keep and download. The course lessons and recordings close with your enrollment at the end of Week 13.

How do buy-now-pay-later payments work?

Choose Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, or Shop Pay at checkout and complete the application there. Approval and terms are decided by the provider based on your own credit profile, and some providers cap the amount they'll finance. If you're not approved for the full tuition, the four-payment plan billed directly is still available.

What's the refund policy?

Seats are limited and enrollment closes before the cohort starts, so refunds are available up to seven days before the start date. After the program begins, tuition is non-refundable — including for payment plans, which continue on schedule.

The Intensive Cohort

Twelve weeks from now, you'll either have a structured business with a marketing engine running — or twelve more weeks of meaning to.
